Crochet a Magic Heart!

This one-round pattern for a crochet heart starts with a magic ring - see my magic ring info here if this is new to you!

US Terms:

Begin with a magic ring and ch 2.

Into your ring, work the following:

1 dc, 5 trc, 3 dc; ch 2, ss into 2nd ch from hook, ch 1 (picot made); 3 dc, 5 trc, 1 dc.

Gently close the ring, leaving enough room to work your final stitch.

Then ch 2, and ss into the ring.

UK Terms:

Begin with a magic ring and ch 2.

Into your ring, work the following:

1 tr, 5 dtr, 3 tr; ch 2, ss into 2nd ch from hook, ch 1 (picot made); 3 tr, 5 dtr, 1 tr.

Gently close the ring, leaving enough room to work your final stitch.

Then ch 2, and ss into the ring.
